In Aktobe, a 26-year-old local resident has been held administratively liable for her behavior during a live broadcast on TikTok.
The violation was identified by police officers as part of their monitoring of the online space. During the livestream, the woman used obscene language and accompanied her statements with offensive gestures.
Police identified the offender as 26-year-old Aktobe resident Bereke Nagieva.
By court decision, the woman was sentenced to five days of administrative arrest.
Police reminded the public that social media is considered a public space. Posting content online does not exempt users from liability for unlawful actions or statements.
The use of obscene language, insults, and other forms of behavior that disturb public order may result in liability under the law.
