The team of Khoja Ahmed Yasawi International Kazakh-Turkish University, representing the city of Turkistan, won the International Caspian Hackathon, held in Aktau.
The competition was organized as part of the international Caspian Sea Action Week – 2026. A total of 80 teams from 8 countries took part in the hackathon, presenting innovative digital and technological solutions in areas including environmental protection, efficient use of natural resources, environmental monitoring, the oil and gas industry and financial security.
The victory of the Turkistan team is a significant achievement that demonstrates the high level of preparation of young specialists, their strong digital competencies and the region’s growing innovation potential.
The success of the Khoja Ahmed Yasawi International Kazakh-Turkish University team on the international stage highlights the growing interest among young people in Turkistan in education, technology and innovation.
