Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov reviewed the implementation of the President’s instructions on the digitalisation of the transport sector and inspected efforts to introduce modern technologies.
At the Situation Centre of the Ministry of Transport, the Prime Minister was presented with digital solutions and IT developments being introduced in road, rail and aviation sectors. These include the National Video Monitoring System, e-Joldar, Smart Cargo, Q-Gate, QazETA, Echelon Alpha, KinetiX and Trip Optimizer platforms.
In the road sector, the National Video Monitoring System is being introduced to integrate camera data, weight control and toll payment systems. In the future, artificial intelligence will not only detect violations but also help predict risks, analyse road conditions and prevent traffic accidents.
