Tokayev Instructed the New Ambassador to the UK to Strengthen Bilateral Cooperation
President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev received Alibek Bakaev, the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
During the meeting, the President outlined key priorities for the further development of comprehensive Kazakh-British cooperation.
Kassym-Jomart Tokayev instructed the ambassador to focus efforts on the effective implementation of the Agreement on Strategic Partnership and Cooperation between Kazakhstan and the United Kingdom, the enhancement of political dialogue, the expansion of trade, economic and investment ties, as well as the promotion of joint projects in the fields of energy, transport, innovation and education.
The Head of State emphasized the importance of further strengthening cooperation between the two countries and achieving concrete results within the framework of bilateral partnership.
