Shymkent hosted an “Acoustic Night” competition as part of the “ZHASTAR FEST – 2026” project dedicated to International Youth Day. The event was organized by the city’s Youth Policy Department.
A total of 20 young performers took part in the competition, presenting a variety of songs accompanied by guitar and dombra. Each participant demonstrated their vocal skills and brought their own unique performance style to the stage.
The live music evening created an upbeat atmosphere for the audience while giving young performers an opportunity to showcase their musical abilities and explore their creative potential.
The participants also exchanged experience and shared their artistic skills during the event. The “Acoustic Night” provided young people with an engaging cultural activity and created a platform for new performers to gain recognition.
