Nurai Serikbai case: Sherkhan Aimakhan sentenced to life imprisonment.
In the case concerning the death of Nurai Serikbai, the court has issued a verdict against Sherkhan Aimakhan. According to the court’s decision, he has been sentenced to life imprisonment.
In addition, he was ordered to perform 200 hours of community service. The sentence is calculated from January 10, 2026. It was also stated that the term would be counted on a “day-for-day” basis.
The court ordered 25 million tenge to be paid to the injured party as compensation for moral damages.
