The Қазақстан халқына Public Foundation has allocated 350 educational grants for graduates of schools in rural areas, small towns and monotowns.
Who can apply?
Graduates under the age of 25 may apply if they belong to one of the following categories:
- orphans and children left without parental care;
- persons with disabilities;
- children from families raising a child with a disability, or families where a parent has a disability.
What does the grant cover?
- tuition fees of up to 1 million tenge per year;
- a monthly stipend of 60,000 tenge for 10 months of the year, excluding the summer holidays.
Applicants must achieve the required minimum score on the Unified National Testing (UNT). For programs that require creative examinations, the results of those exams are also taken into account.
