President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev congratulated President of Singapore Tharman Shanmugaratnam and the people of Singapore on the country’s national holiday — Independence Day.
In his telegram, the Head of State emphasized the special significance of this holiday for the people of Singapore as a symbol of national unity, sovereignty and the country’s sustainable development.
President Tokayev expressed confidence that multifaceted cooperation between Kazakhstan and Singapore, based on friendship and mutual understanding, will continue to develop steadily for the benefit of the peoples of both countries.
The Head of State wished Tharman Shanmugaratnam success in his responsible work and the friendly people of Singapore well-being and prosperity.
