Kazakhstan’s labor market continues to demonstrate positive dynamics. Economic activity among the population is growing, with the labor force reaching 9.8381 million people, an increase of more than 103,000 people over the past year.
The number of employed citizens is also rising. According to the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 9.392 million people are currently employed in the country’s economy.
The growth in key labor market indicators reflects the sector’s continued stability and the expanding employment opportunities available to the population. The increase in both the labor force and the number of employed people demonstrates sustained economic activity and the creation of new opportunities for citizens.
The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population notes that labor market development remains an important priority of the country’s socio-economic policy. Expanding employment opportunities creates favorable conditions for further growth in household incomes and an improvement in the quality of life for citizens.
