Systematic efforts to improve housing conditions for residents continue in the city of Shymkent.
As part of affordable housing initiatives, 30 families have received new apartments through the “2-10-20” and “5-10-20” preferential mortgage programs of Otbasy Bank JSC.
The keys to the new homes were presented to the residents by Shymkent Mayor Gabit Syzdykbekov. The newly built apartment buildings are located in the Bozaryk residential district.
Among the new homeowners are large families, families raising children with special needs, and employees of the public sector.
Obtaining a private home is an important milestone for every family. Through the implementation of existing housing programs, residents of Shymkent are gaining opportunities to address housing issues, improve living conditions, and enhance their quality of life.
The city continues to develop residential infrastructure and support citizens who need better housing conditions.
