In the city of Lenger, Turkistan Region, unknown individuals broke into a woman’s home and brutally assaulted her. Regional police confirmed the incident.
A video showing the woman with a severely swollen and bruised face circulated on social media. The footage shows that her chest was covered in blood.
Later, the Turkistan Region Police Department announced that a criminal case had been opened over the incident. Law enforcement officers are currently working to establish the circumstances of the attack and identify and locate the suspects.
