Another 40 families on the housing waiting list in Shymkent have received the keys to their new apartments under Kazakhstan’s rent-to-own housing program. The keys were presented by Shymkent Mayor Gabit Syzdykbekov.
The beneficiaries include large families, single-parent households, people with disabilities, families raising children with special needs, as well as orphans and children left without parental care.
The apartments are located in newly constructed residential buildings in the Bozaryk neighborhood. The apartment blocks have been commissioned in accordance with current construction standards and are fully equipped with the necessary engineering infrastructure.
The handover of the apartments marks another step in the implementation of government housing programs aimed at providing permanent homes for citizens registered on the housing waiting list.
