Voting at polling stations in Shymkent began at 7:00 a.m. Residents are actively taking part in the election and casting their ballots.
Citizens arrived early at Polling Station No. 1. The first voter to cast a ballot, Ernaz Otei, was presented with a commemorative gift.
“I have never stayed away from important public and political campaigns of national significance, and I consider it my civic duty to actively participate in the Kurultai elections.
The future of the country and the prospects of society begin with the choice of each of us. Therefore, we must understand the importance of our vote. I believe every citizen should take responsibility for their choice and participate in elections,” the resident said.
According to Feiruzat Kemerova, chairperson of Polling Station No. 1, a total of 2,613 voters are registered at the polling station. All necessary and comfortable conditions have been created for citizens to cast their ballots.
